Refund policy

• When your order arrives, you're welcome to open and check your items while the courier waits. If something isn't right, you can hand it back immediately.
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• To request a return or exchange, please contact us via DM or email at cnqrr.wear@gmail.com.
• Shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
IMPORTANT
Sale / discounted items are exchange only - no returns.
Sale / discounted items cannot be opened with the courier; exchanges are only accepted after receiving the order.
NOTE:We can't accept returns for items that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging.
